Resolve a Rocket Duplicate-Account Flag With an Ownership Map
Rocket-related terms surfaced in search restrict players to one account and allow duplicate profiles to be closed. A shared address, device or payment instrument can create an association even when two people believe their registrations are separate.
Review the live Rocket accountInventory every possible link
List the username, registered email, phone, address, devices, IP environment and payment methods used by the player. Add any earlier closed or abandoned profile. Do not log into another household member's account to gather evidence because that creates a fresh shared-device event.
Ask other eligible household members only whether they hold an account and which independent support case they use. Never exchange passwords, KYC files or payment credentials. The objective is to explain legitimate overlap while preserving separate ownership.

Stop activity while ownership is reviewed
Do not deposit, claim another promotion or create a replacement login after the flag. Save the displayed restriction, balance, open wagers and pending withdrawals. Continuing activity can make the account timeline harder to reconcile.
Open one support case identifying the profile that should remain active and disclose the older profile if known. Provide only the documents requested for the account holder and ask how balances, wagers and promotions will be treated before agreeing to closure.
Record the final account decision
Obtain written confirmation of the retained account, closed identifiers, balance treatment and whether the device or household association remains. Test login only through the retained profile and check that cashier access and responsible-play settings survived the change.
Keep the decision with future KYC records. If the operator permits another household member, each person should retain separate identity, contact and payment ownership and follow the current terms rather than relying on the first case as permanent permission.
Questions players ask
Can two accounts share one payment card?
Treat that as a high-risk ownership conflict and follow the current operator rule.
Should a duplicate account simply be abandoned?
No. Disclose it through one support case and obtain a closure decision.
Can support ask for separate household evidence?
Yes. Supply only the evidence requested for each account holder through the secure channel.
